How do I place an order?
You are welcome to browse through our curated collection designed to help you, once you like something and are ready to buy simply,
- Add chosen products to your cart
- Then proceed to check-out.
- Upon successful completion of your checkout payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
- You will receive another email to confirm your tracking no. & when your goods have been dispatched. Please note: There is no min or max amount $ required to place an order & since we process orders as they come in, we are unable to cancel or amend an order, therefore please choose your items carefully as we also cannot offer replacements due to ‘change of mind’ purchases.
Do you have an option for Home-delivery?
Yes, Of course we do! 😊
Standard shipping: within NZ ( Nationwide) We don’t ship overseas. We use Courier Post or Fastway couriers & all our parcels are tracked & non-signature. Shipping is $4 flat across NZ, however free on orders over $40.
Please note we do not deliver to PO BOXES & the above time-frames are a guideline only-we will do our best to deliver on time.
Do you offer pick up?
Unfortunately, No. We are unable to since, we primarily operate as an online store only, based in Hamilton.
When will I receive my order?
All orders placed before 5pm are processed the same day & dispatched the next working day, otherwise after 5pm will be processed the next working day. You can expect to receive your package within 5 working days after placing an order & within 7 working days for rural orders. This excludes Public Holidays.
Please note depending on which brand you are after, back-orders & pre-orders takes 7-14 working days after email confirmation.
What brands do you stock?
Amelia Skincare, B Bold Natural, Skye candle & bodycare & also NZ Supplements. All our packaging are environmentally friendly & can be reused/recycled. If there is a NZ-made brand you’d like us to bring on board, let us know & we can see if they meet our hand-selected criteria & fits in with our brand.
Are all your products safe to use and natural?
Yes, as they are handpicked after being tried & tested by our team. We won’t vouch for anything we won’t be able to safely use on ourselves 😊
We pride ourselves on our customer service. Your customer satisfaction is important to us-we want you to be happy with your purchase & enjoy your product as much as we do. Please note even though we don’t issue refunds on purchases, however we can provide a credit towards another purchase or replace your item if your item has arrived damaged or you received the incorrect item.

What are the burning times for the scented soy candles?
With proper candle care, each scented soy candle has a burn time of up to 50 hours.
What type of wax is used in the soy candles?
Skye Candle & Bodycare only use 100% natural soy wax to make their scented soy candles. Soy wax is a plant-based wax which is non-carcinogenic, & non-toxic. Soy wax candles are more economical, as they burn 50% longer than candles made of paraffin waxes. Soy candles are gentle for those who have breathing issues and allergies.
What wicks are used in the soy candles?
Skye use ECO wicks, which is constructed from natural flat cotton threads interwoven with paper threads. The wick will have a slight curl, produce a consistent flame & ensures an even burn. ECO wicks are lead & zinc free.
Are the candles Paraben & Phthalate free?
Skye’s soy candles are made of soy wax, which is GMO-FREE, contains NO paraffin & NO unnatural additives. Soy waxes are biodegradable, renewable & environmentally safe.
Can I recycle my metro jar after my soy candle is finished?
Once you're finished with your candle, peel off the stickers & pour some boiling water into the jar with a bit of dishwashing powder or detergent. Let it cool down, & the remaining wax will rise at the top. Pour out the water & remove the remaining wick from the bottom of the jar. Give the jar another quick wash & a little scrub, then let it dry before you use it. Alternatively, you can dispose of your metro jar in the blue coloured recycling bin.
What kind of fragrances is used in the scented soy candles?
Skye use both synthetic fragrances & essential oil blends to create their soy candles and melts. These fragrances are free from phthalates & paraffins & are non-toxic. Their fragrances are highly purified, safe & made from premium quality ingredients. Soy wax holds aromas well & due to the low melting point of the wax, the fragrance oils can be released slowly to live up to their full aromatic potential.
